Ticket Securitisation

Does anyone here have examples of business that sell tickets (think sports teams or airlines), raising funds through a “crowdfunding” type arrangement where you pay cash upfront and then get one ticket a year to use for life or whatever?

They would then use this money to do an MBO?

Almost like a ticket securitisation of sorts.
