Do you guys have any tips for making a relationship work in IB? The workload is really crushing me right now, and it's making things tough with me and my girlfriend. It's even harder because she's in her last year of college, so her and my priorities can be hard to match up at the best of times. Like a couple nights ago I busted my ass and used a couple favors to get home early to surprise her, and it turned out she'd already went to a party. Pretty disheartening, not gonna lie. But I'd still like to optimize things more. Anyone else made a relationship work in IB, and can share tips on making time?
