Tough Mudder

Any fellow monkeys ever run a tough mudder? I did one two weeks ago and had a blast. A but more running than I am used to but the obstacles were great and did a good job splitting up the running. Ended being about 12.5 miles and took me about 4 hours.

12.5 in 4 hours? That hard? Do you regularly work out? Ive done the Spartan race last year but only 3.5miles and didn't find it that bad.

Weights 4-5 days a week, running a 2-3 times a week. Its not constant running and very little running is done on flat ground. We were in the Poconos, running through trails, up and down mountains, over rivers etc. A few times you were forced to walk because the trail was so thin it was one by one. There are also some obstacles where you have a slight wait or others where you have to stay around longer to help others out. Its not just straight 12 mile run like a half marathon would be
