Tribeca Lease Takeover
I have a 3 bed / 2 bath apartment in Tribeca that my roommates and I are looking for someone to take over the lease in September (one roommate is leaving for law school so need to find a new two man living situation).
Great proximity to Citi / GS for any incoming first years (~5min walk to either), doorman building with great amenities.
Lease is ~$5,300 a month total, locked the price in at the height of COVID so got a pretty sweet deal. PM me if interested. Would love to give it to a fellow monkey.
