Also if possible I would ask that you refrain from just bashin the source since that’s just a waste of time (I.e. if your answer is “don’t believe it” that’s fine but I’m more interested in your thoughts “if it turns out to be accurate”).

Not a "Conservabro" but honestly given the current political climate if there isn't any hard proof I don't think this is going to pan out to much... It'll be a He said he said situation. The fact that Cohen has perjured himself before definitely doesn't help his case here either and will 100% be used as a counterpoint.
One common argument I've been reading is people using this as a way to point out the fact that Mueller has gone "way beyond his scope". I disagree, first of all he hasn't gone beyond his scope and also even if you assume he has, it doesn't matter. You don't review security footage to find out about crime A and see another crime occurring in the footage and just let it slide / forget about it...
