UFO or China - What The Hell Is Happening??
Every other hour it seems that my phone is pinging breaking news alerts from WSJ or NYT about the US shooting down an "anonymous object" out of the sky. We probably haven't fired a gun into the air on home turf in defense since the Civil war. If this really is 100% China, this is the start of a small war, no? I don't see Biden being strong on China but clearly can't have them floating their balloons over here like they own the place.
Been telling my buddies that the Air Force is finally getting to use the F-22 and is now launching their own balloons so that they get to keep getting “kills”.
On a serious note, this is wild. American airspace is being openly invaded by foreign (most likely Chinese) aircraft, and these aircraft more than likely have surveillance capabilities.
I firmly believe China is doing this because of how weak Biden is. Nobody respects the United States right now.
Classic toxic manipulation.
Float your balloon on someone else's turf. If they shoot it down, you pretend to be pissed and accuse them of over-reacting and destroying your property. 'It was just a harmless accident, why you getting so worked up for? Are you so insecure that you think any random balloon can harm your turf?'
If they don't shoot it down, you float in more balloons or progressively more dangerous aircraft, all the while mocking your target for being so weak as to not being able to detect/ shoot down foreign unauthorized aircraft/ balloons.
