UGA or TUJ

Hi, I've always been interested in getting to IB, specifically in Japan so that I can utilize my language skills, but I'm in a bit of a pickle about where I should go to school. For specific reasons, I only have two choices as far as school goes, I can go to UGA for free, or I can go to Temple University Japan. I've done some research into TUJ, and both GSachs and JPM attend their annual joint career fair with Sophia University. Also, It's located in Tokyo which could mean better opportunity for internships. Down side is that I would have to take out loans. My second choice is UGA. I can go to UGA for free, and through UGA I can do a study abroad finance program with Sophia University.

I've heard some bad shit about TUJ though. I also know that UGA isn't a target school, but it does have a finance program unlike TUJ (TUJ only has econ). So can I get some insight on this from some people with experience? I've already been accepted to TUJ and my Visa is ready and waiting, I just have to pay the upfront 1.7 million yen (17,000 USD). I figured if it's not worth it, I might as well go to UGA for free, and save my money for an MBA.

I've heard that there are better ways of getting positions in Tokyo (Boston Career Forum). I can go to UGA for free, If I went to school in Japan and didn't get any high paying internships or scholarships on the side, I would end up about 60k in debt.
