Ugly eye bags....

started FT in Jan and have developed the worst eye bags from consecutive late nights. I know drinking water and getting lots of sleep is important but anything else you guys use to help get rid of them (red light, creams, serums, etc)

Go to red light and blue light therapy. Some Planet Fitness clubs have UV + Red + Blue light therapy in their hybrid beds. Definitely call around your area and see which clubs have the hybrid beds. Or some are stand up as well.

Red light therapy offers a range of benefits, including improved skin health, muscle recovery, and potential pain relief. It can stimulate collagen and elastin production, reduce inflammation, and enhance wound healing. Red light therapy is also used for muscle recovery, pain management, and even potential cognitive benefits.

Blue light therapy, especially when used as photodynamic therapy (PDT), offers several benefits for skin health, including acne reduction, skin rejuvenation, and treatment of precancerous lesions. It works by targeting and destroying specific cells, like those involved in acne or sun damage, while minimizing harm to surrounding tissues. Blue light is also effective for reducing inflammation, improving skin texture, and even treating conditions like atopic dermatitis and psoriasis.

"If you always put limits on everything you do, physical or anything else, it will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them." - Bruce Lee
