America is gonna dunk on these Commis, I've been blasting Fortunate Son in my headphones all morning, get ready for America to show the world how powerful we are (If Sleepy Joe wakes up)

You're playing an anti-war song while cheering the US on in a potential war?

He's a goddamn patriot

Theoretically the USA would win, practically the USA will do nothing but impose sanctions and let Russia have their way.

Don't know a whole lot about geopolitics but I'd imagine Russia can lean on China to provide the industrial/financial support that the West will not longer provide in exchange for Russia providing support and approval to China whenever they go ahead and invade Taiwan.

lmaoooo bro you got me weak. you clearly have no idea whats good with our military currently, it is stronger, better equipped, faster, and more lethal than any other force in the world. There is no "inclusive culture" being rammed down the throats of the troops, sorry fox news has you so bent out of shape about this.

Readings through this thread, I might be the only one who doesn’t think we (the US) would wipe the floor with Russia. We couldn’t win the proxy war in Syria (Bashar al Assad is still president). We didn’t accomplish much in Iraq, except for having a president finish his father’s work. And we embarrassingly pulled out of Afghanistan and the whole world watched. One would think that the bungled withdrawal actually gave Vlad the confidence to go into Ukraine (why not go in when Donny was potus and any punishment would be minimal?). Putin’s calculus must have been, “if they can’t beat a rag tag militia fighting out of caves, how can they beat the 2nd or 3rd most powerful military on earth?”. And this does not even begin to account for cyber warfare capabilities.

So no, I don’t think it’s fair to say the US would completely run over Russia. Especially if China got involved on their side. Who are our allies? NATO? Sick. The only country worth their salt militarily is Germany. We would be completely alone fighting the second and third most powerful militaries on the planet.

Agree ^ personally wasn't impressed by how long USA took to handle things in Afghan, was it by choice? I hope so. If not, we have a tremendous battle ahead of us if we pursue something with Russia / China.
