in all seriousness, good on you for doing breath work. here's what I do daily

exercise - something every day. running, lifting, yoga, swimming, etc., just do something hard sunlight - it's shocking how much your mood can improve by just sitting outside in the sun for 15 minutes stretching - necessary to avoid injuries if you're a runner, and mobility helps with the last thing I'm listing

not daily, but close to it:

reading - usually nonfiction or philosophy meditation prayer mind expanding substances sex - it's necessary. not daily, but regular

I consider all sorts of things to be philosophy. nassim taleb, viktor frankl, military hardasses (jocko, goggins, etc.) aren't often considered philosophers but the way I look at philosophy is either advice or stories which helps you think, react, reflect, or do. I'm not looking to learn any specific facts like when I read history, I'm not necessarily looking to be entertained like when I read comic books, so philosophy for me is a very broad category, that includes religion.

specifically, my philosophy reading at the moment is jocko and aurelius with some buddhism sprinkled in. my current focus at the moment is being kinder and more compassionate, so the buddhism stuff helps.

Download the app headspace or some other version of a mediation app or find guided videos on youtube. Sounds dumb and stupid? yes, but it does work and you can achieve a level of clarity unforeseen. Also just go running, I know everyone hates on it but getting the adrenaline pumping and the serotonin pumping, is truly life changing.
