WFH Stress / Time Off

Has anyone found WFH to be even more stressful / demanding than being in the office? I’ve been working from my parents house and barely see them... I’ve been working 20% - 30% more since this has started and it seems like people are hesitant to take any vacation / days off during this period. Definitely has been taking a toll on me mentally (haven’t had a day off in 5 months). How has everyone been coping? Has anyone (especially those in IB) taken any time off during this period where it seems as though it’s expected for you to be able to get to a computer within an hour or less at all times? For those who did, how was it received by coworkers and what did you do during the time off?

Since it seems like this remote work situation is going to persist through the summer at least for those in NYC, I’m definitely considering taking time off in the next month or two (was originally planning to wait for this to be finished with, but I don’t think I can go 9 months+ without any time off).
