What are some signs of a Bad CEO?

I kinda feel my CEO is not a "nice" person. But then again I don't know squat about such stuff. So would anyone has some sort of a checklist to assess if a CEO is a competent one or not? Or is this how a CEO has to be when running a start up with a mandate to flush shareholder and directors with bonuses and dividends?

Looking at the Hiring/Firing ratio, treatment of some employees, compensation, treating third party service provider... i feel the "nice" CEO will have a better rep when it comes to such things... but i dunno.

Extreme political correctness...

Strutting around and taking like a Woke Male Feminist is not good for the bottom line. Why CEOs assume that taking the middle of the road, and being ultra-PC is good for business is a mystery to me.. Be a man and say what you think..
