I didn't exactly make this myself, but having virtually unlimited pictures of naked ladies on my phone via the internet is more than I could ever have dreamed of as a kid. Porn was relatively hard to come by as a kid.....if you ended up spanking off to a slightly risqué picture in the Sears catalog, it wouldn't be a huge surprise.

If your childhood fantasies were owning a home and having adult relationships you were an incredibly boring child. Live a little, man.
I wanted to be James Bond, or Iron Man, or the President. Have I made those a reality? No, of course not, but I've driven absurd vehicles, wear nice clothes, have had sex with beautiful women in exotic locations, own cool technology, and have held (significantly less important) elected office.

Owning a restaurant (although that thought came in my teen years).
Always thought of being a pro golfer. Didn't happen.
Growing up we didn't have a bunch of money. So for vacations we'd go on a weekend family trip to another city in the state, or go camping for a week. All good times, but looking back they were low budget trips.
So it's been nice to be able to afford to go on some decent vacations. Nothing too crazy, but something I felt I missed out on growing up.

Love it. I still have all mine stashed away in my parents attic. They told me to sell them when I was making $8/hr in college and bitching about how broke I always was and I was like . . . nahhhhhhh.

I second your post-retirement endeavor. I have loads of Legos myself. I used to spend every cent I had as a child on Legos. I currently own a small room full of Legos and built a sick town, which is at my parents' house. I love visiting them/going home to see my little Lego empire!
If I ever were to get a child, then it would be just so that it is socially acceptable for me to buy more Legos and play with them...

My dad's about 60 and we have a great relationship now, but I finally think I could kick that old man's ass if he ever wanted to throw down for old times sake. Feels good man.

havent achieved it yet and i know I still have a ways to go but Ive always wanted to be able to financially support my parents. We're not poor by any means but it blows my mind how hard they work for my entire family without ever complaining and they forgo a lot of luxuries for us. I've always dreamed of earning an astronomical bonus and just handing it over to my parents without flinching. to me that'd be the coolest thing in the world and thats a huge part of why I want to go into banking, as shallow as that sounds.
