When I was an analyst:
1. Go for a quick walk either in the office or just outside, to stretch my legs or whatever
2. Maybe talk some other free ANs
3. Maybe grab a coffee with said ANs from #2
4. If I know I have enough time, run some weekly errands - I’ve even gone grocery shopping in the middle of the day (but I lived really close to my office so ymmv)
5. If I have a lot of free time, catch with my friends from college
