What do you rely on for stress relief?
Personally, I recommend the old standby... If things ever feel like they are spinning out of control...
Focus... Calm yourself....
Repeat this phrase and truly contemplate and understand every word, and feel your troubles disappear.
"3, 2, 1.... .... 1, 2, 3... ... What the heck... Is bothering me?"
You may have to repeat this more than once for the full effect in very stressful situations.

These methods are widely recognized and recommended within the community for their effectiveness in managing stress and anxiety.
assuming I'm at home or on my way home:
punchbag
barbell
if I'm not, taking a walk usually helps
I talk through my anger on my walk (I talk to myself, yes I know I look like a madman)
Just wondering - who calls it a “punch bag” instead of a “heavy bag”? Asking for a friend.
tfw no heavy bag at home
:(
:((((
Heavy bag is the way to go...
I rely on my friends Johnnie, Jack, and Jim. Sometimes Jose hangs out too, but when he does things have a tendency to get crazy.
On a more serious note, I go to the gym. Exercise is good for stress.
Punch a wall as hard as I can
Deep breathing, meditation, hot yoga, walking
hell yeah, thinking to try hot yoga
If at home:
Old jazz music (during work to stay calm during fire drills.
Spending my protected time doing nothing remotely close to work (I also leave my work phone at home so I can fully decompress)
I enjoy doing things that also take my mind off work (riding motorcycles, shooting guns, cooking, etc.)
