Cold showers every morning. About sleeping as much as possible for me it's just making it worse, if I sleep more than 4-6 hours a night I'll wake up with no energy.
Try to sleep 6 hours a night for 1 week and see if it's working for you. You will feel tired in the first 2 days of doing this but after you'll be more "awake"
