What is the best way to find an investor/buyer for new business project?

Hello,

I’ve spent the last six months building an interesting project with huge growth potential, it attracted 600+ active members after 2 months without any advertising and everything was built from scratch. It has also started generating a profit. Launched 2 months ago.

However, due to financial problems, I now need to either sell it or find a partner who would buy a stake (e.g., half the project) and invest in it.

Could you point me in the right direction on where to find such buyers or partners quickly and safely, avoiding scams?
