What kind of HR crap do you have to deal with?
Starting this thread to see what other people have to put up with from HR (dumb happy hours, "team building" events, conducting excessive interviews, on campus-recruiting, trainings, etc.)
First year out of college, worked at 2 companies that had 20 people so HR didn't do much besides handle payroll.
After that, been part of companies that have at least 1K people. I absolutely hated DEI / diversity crap. They were optional at all the places I've been but felt pressured to attend them in my summer internship since the majority of other interns joined those meetings.
I much prefer small company HR where they just handle payroll and basic onboarding.
