What not to say in a energy trading interview....

  1. I will be the best investment banker for your firm...
  2. I want to work here for 2 years then jump to Centaurus Advisors
  3. What type of exit ops will I have?
  4. How fast can I trade fin?
  5. I am a great poker player
  6. How many real time interns do ya hire? (just kidding, Guenter)

6 is a silly question because the only interns they hire are for real time desks right?

I said #5 in my interview and got called out for it..

The guy that was interviewing me was a very avid poker player who frequently placed at the WSOP. He started quizzing me on probability questions..

Luckily for me, I had just brushed up on my probability ;)
