What protein do you drink before and / or after the gym?

What protein do you drink before and / or after the gym? Currently use whey gold standard by optimum half an hour before gym, but wondering if there's stuff that's better. I've only started working out about half a year ago and would appreciate suggestions

Thank you

Bare Performance Nutrition. Tastes great and mixes well so it’s super easy to bake with if you ever want to do that. Available on Amazon but I think you can get 10% off through the website.

Any decent whey protein is going to be just fine. Gold Standard, BPN, etc, really doesn’t matter. Gonna be around 130 cals and 25g of protein.

Like another user mentioned, go ahead and pick up some creatine to mix in with your protein.

What you drink is fine - most the optimum nutrition products are good for either pre or post workout.

Have tried a few others, such as Gorilla Mode - Gorilla Mind. I highly recommend this. This has high levels of citrulline, caffeine and glycerol which helps to boost your energy levels and enhance mental focus. If you want to rip through a workout, then this is a great workout mix you should try

I go in empty, because my goal is to be lean (my genetics won't ley me bulk)  If I'm going to push things it's a breakfast of  muscle milk chocolate with  PB powder  and some frozen spinach.

I'm a cereal sucker though.  Even the above should be with Fairlife skim BTW (13g Protein per cup)   You can get a pretty decent deal on Catalina Crunch if you buy in bulk.  I also really like Special K high protein cinnamon.  I found a Target close-out of magic spoon and it was meh.

Work food? do the S-bux spinach/egg/feta wrap, but PLEASE  be careful ordering a drink, a bunch are half a day's calories.

The only difference between Asset Management and Investment Research is assets. I generally see somebody I know on TV on Bloomberg/CNBC etc. once or twice a week. This sounds cool, until I remind myself that I see somebody I know on ESPN five days a week.
