I hear a lot about Alpha Brain but haven’t tried it.
I took Alphabrain once while studying for the CPA exam a few years back. For the first two hours I felt extremely sharp, but I reacted very badly to something in it and ended up vomiting & having diarrhea for what ultimately turned out to be an anxiety-ridden sleepless night. I've tried a number of other things like racetams and Lion's Mane but ultimately came to find that nothing beats a healthy diet & good sleep.
