I have a bit of a nonconventional Chili recipe that my mom gave me years ago. Looking for some new ones though.
- Ground beef
- Spicy chorizo
- Sweet onions
- Green bell peppers
- Kidney beans
- Pinto Beans
- Big jar of salsa
- Handful of various peppers
- Beef broth
- Worcester sauce
- Crystal hot sauce
- Modelo Negra
- Chili seasoning mix
Basically, you just sweat the veggies, brown the meat, add everything else, let it simmer for 2 to 3 hours and add cheese and sour cream.
