Why do I get boners and blue balls so easily?
Even since I’ve stopped fapping, I’ve discovered that I get boners too easily. Even small things like getting a picture from my girlfriend where she’s modestly dressed. I was just cuddling her and out of nowhere, I got this huge boner. Things like that.
Secondly, if I don’t get a release and the boner stays for more than 5-10 mins, I get blue balls. Is this normal?

Yoga has been chalked up, at least anecdotally, to help with the opposite of your problem, erectile dysfunction, in regards to helping handle stress and learning to breathe in ways that oxygenate the blood to improve overall health and circulation, as an erection involves the cardiovascular system and the nervous system as well.
But meditation might help and mindful slow, focused breathing can also help.
Thinking of something else to distract from whatever/whoever got you erect should help.
Sometimes a bit of exercise can help to draw the blood away from the erection to other muscles.
