Why Working Out Will Make You Richer

Many individuals in the Finance world focus on making money over everything.

Love lives are sacrificed, friendships as well, but most importantly, health is sacrificed which leads you to make even less money

1. Increased Productivity "Research finds that people who exercise at least three times per week are more productive and miss fewer workdays than their less active counterparts".

The next time you have to miss work due to being sick or push through a presentation when sick, think about how doing more cardio can beef up your immune system to keep you making money and feeling great every day, impressing your coworkers and bosses. Your end of year bonus will agree with this.

2. Saving Money Performing cardiovascular and weight training exercises reduces anxiety and can even prevent diabetes, heart disease, osteoporosis, and depression.

Being diagnosed with a disease can really suck. Even insurance doesn't cover everything now a days.

3. Faster Decision Making Abilities

We all know how important it is to make quick and proper decisions in the world of Finance and Business. Research has shows how crucial exercise is to making proper and speedy decisions. You may as well run on the treadmill while on your phone calls ;)

To wrap it up guys, make sure to hit the gym just as hard as you work making ka-ching! Your ability to make money and work will skyrocket and your returns will never end :)

Can't think of a large CEO other than Reid Hoffman, would guess 90%+ do some sort of workout to maintain energy and drive throughout their day/career.

Edit- Reid Hoffman not Reid Hastings

26 Broadway where's your sense of humor?

If you pay attention to the scene in Wall Street where Bud Fox goes to Gekko's office for the first time, he has a treadmill.

Vin Diesal was also a killer salesman in Boiler Room, he lifts.
