Window etiquette: Are they the pervert or am I?

I have an apartment with a pretty good view of the city with big windows and clear visibility. Downside is the city has a beautiful view of my ass cheeks at night. It’s a studio so I’ll be walking out the shower and just walk “balls out” to the dresser (by the window) to get some boxers. Not thinking of the people walking down by the river in Chicago.

Is it polite to close the blinds (I forget most of the time) or do I just say fuck it and let them hang. I really don’t care all that much but it’s the idea of being fined/arrested as pervert for my evening stretch. Also, I’m on the 6th floor, making me “low hanging fruit” as they say.
