Wolf Point East (Chicago) Quick Questions
Hi all,
I will be moving to Chicago soon, and was wondering for anyone currently living in Wolf Point East if they can speak to any of the following? Would be much appreciated!
- How loud does it get outside the building? Can you hear it through the glass? I’m a really light sleeper and I’m wondering if there’s loud sirens/trains/clubs at night that might keep me up.
- How is sound proofing between rooms/floors? Similar concern to above.
- I saw some reviews before of bug infestation and trash chute smell issues? Is this something anyone is experiencing?
- Anything else you think I should be aware of, positive or negative?

Haven't lived at WPE but if you have a south facing apartment I feel like you're living the dream. Price is pretty steep tho.
