Work Efficiency Question
I’m sure most of you are familiar with the pomodoro technique, if not, basically it’s the idea that if you work for a period time (maybe 30-45 minutes) a 5-10 minute break after that will boost your productivity for the next 30-45 minute work session.
My question is this, in a career where your really can’t take a 10 minute break every hour (well maybe you can) how have u guys found a way to not burnout during those long stretches of continued work.
