You need to have some candid conversations with the people you work for at midlevel that you can trust. Oftentimes it is just politics and you shouldn’t let it get to you. Other times there is some merit to what is being said and it can be an opportunity to improve. But formal feedback sessions are both too late and too impersonal to be helpful in making a judgment.

 

You get the Personal Improvement Plan directive? If that's what you're talking about, definitely start looking for a new role.
