Living with woman first year analyst
Hey guys have been thinking about this for a few minutes.
Whats your thoughts on living with a chick for the first year. I'll be starting at a BB this summer and thinking about it . The chick is a friend in the finance field. Nothing really going on here, but its almost went down a few times.
Think this could work out for a year?
I see it as a disaster waiting to happen, but A)at the same time I save money living with someone for cheaper rent B) having a girl friend that can bring other girlfriends over for sleepovers and whatnot C) women love to clean and this one can bake and cool some kick-ass entrees D) shes always partying so I have a constant group of women to entertain with the bros
or A) we hook up, I get weird and dismissive which leads to us questioning our friendship and examine the lasting consequence of the our inability to survive with such close interaction between two mutually attracted, and attractive individuals
or
E) you stop being a misogynistic creep and learn to interact with women without always trying to desperately have sex with anything that moves. she's going to be your roommate for christ's sake. don't flatter yourself.

that and the chances that one night when you're both lonely and schnook'd at 3am you'll smash is highly proable, good luck with the damage control...
not all women are clean, and just b/c she cooks doesn't mean she's gonna wanna cook for you..

But more importantly, is it a luxury building with a doorman a NICE gym and some sort of private terrace, balcony, or view?

This is a very likely scenario. Even if she was already your girlfriend, I would not exclude it. Here the OP is talking about a random chick he is not even dating.
