Microsoft vs Deloitte

I have recently been offered positions as a product manager at Microsoft and as an analyst at Deloitte in CBO. Long term, I would like to get my MBA and potentially pursue VC/PE or even work for an MBB firm. I was wondering if anyone had any insight into which option would be best to facilitate my long term goals.

PM at Microsoft will be a layup for M7 MBA programs so long as your GMAT is inline with the average score. Which will considerably increase your odds of working VC, versus the oversaturated group of consultants competing with you at Big4 for MBB or PE spots.

What i'm trying to say is even though PE/VC isn't a slam dunk from Microsoft PM, it will be a slam dunk for getting you into a top program which will improve your ability to land those roles going forward.
