Not just our jobs at risk
Sad news in the financial world today. Morgan Stanley's head of mergers and acquisitions, Gavin MacDonald, died of a heart attack Friday. He was 47 years old.
No doubt the stress of the crumbling economy and overall uncertainty of the industry itself contributed to his failing health.
Nothing funny in this story. And not to get all philosophical, but I think this is a wake up call and a reminder that life is too short to worry about shit, so hang in there. Things will get better. They have to.
So do you think they're hiring?
Way to stay classy.
Really?
.
My prayers and condolences go out to Mr. MacDonald's family.
