Question: Primer documents on the sources of Debt for Project Finance (Infratructure)

Hello all, I'm interested in finding quality primer level information that describes the various financing options for an infrastructure project. As a CFO/management team think about how to capitalize their assets (let's exclude renewables for now due to the tax equity component), how to think through the merits of use a private placement bond, a bank loan, a term loan B product. A good primer will have the key differences between debt types: fixed vs. floating rate, maturity limits (will vary for investment grade vs. sub-investment grade), covenant restrictions, etc.
