Recent Senior Manager - Should I grind for Big 4 Tax partner?
I'm debating if I should leave the Big 4 and get a high tax position in industry or grind a few more years to become a partner at a Big 4 firm.
A partner recently told me that I have the ingredients to become partner, considering that I'm a top performer and have been working on a book of business, putting myself ahead of the game.
I would be earning $350k to $400k first year if promoted to partner (at 35 or 36 years old).
