Hey, I'm going to be working FT at a MM. I'm looking to live somewhere near FiDi. I'm currently out of PMs but if you're still looking, we can find a way to link?

Bit of advice from a longtime SF resident: You absolutely should care about neighborhood. DO NOT assume that anywhere in SF proper will have a reasonable commute to downtown. If you're out west in the Sunset/Richmond or anywhere in the southern third of the City (south of I-280), it could take you an hour to get to the financial district during morning rush hour (whether on public transit or in a rideshare). Highly recommend living either walking distance to work (Nob Hill/Russian Hill/North Beach/Embarcadero), close to a BART station (16th/24th/Glen Park), or near a frequent bus line in the Fillmore or the Lower Haight.
