Talent Agent Career: Thoughts?
Just curious if anyone has considered working at a talent agency in Los Angeles. Whether it be a major one like CAA/ WME, or even a small boutique shop. Seems like an interesting career. I go to a school where CAA and WME recruit at and know people who have gone into the mail room. Would love to hear anyone’s thoughts on this career.

Its the same BS only you do less work and get paid literally nothing in the early years. At least in Ibanking people get paid a lot.
If you have connections and parents are willing to foot your rent for the foreseeable future (3-5 years min) go for it.
