I'll eat breakfast around 8-9AM but then skip lunch, and then eat dinner at 5-7pm. Rarely, I won't eat breakfast or lunch and will only eat for the first time around 5-7pm. As you can imagine, this is pretty difficult to do, so I only do this occasionally on days when I'm not working out.

I currently don't partake in the type of intermittent fasting that calls for going 24 hours without eating, but I'm considering trying it.

I try to avoid eating out, to save on $ and time, I find it's a good time to catch up as there is less noise/people in the office. I usually go with leftovers (GF has decent hours, thus usually cooks for our dinner and lunches, YAY) or salad/sandwich (ham/swiss or turkey/cheddar)..When there's nothing in the fridge I settle with a canned soup/crackers and cheese...When going out it's usually sushi as we have a decent one near the office..I try to avoid McD/Subway etc..
