What do you eat for lunch?
Saw this post , and was wondering if you guys had a go to meal for lunch when you are working.
For me: A sandwich (half turkey and half ham, cheddar cheese).

I generally don't eat lunch (intermittent fasting).
How late do you fast? I do IF as well but break my fast for lunch around 12:30. I can't imagine you fasting all the way until dinner.
I realize I'm not the person you were asking but my eating window is typically 2pm-8pm. But about once every 2 weeks I'll do a 24 hour fast.
I'll eat breakfast around 8-9AM but then skip lunch, and then eat dinner at 5-7pm. Rarely, I won't eat breakfast or lunch and will only eat for the first time around 5-7pm. As you can imagine, this is pretty difficult to do, so I only do this occasionally on days when I'm not working out.
I currently don't partake in the type of intermittent fasting that calls for going 24 hours without eating, but I'm considering trying it.
Brazilian barbecue with lobster on the side.
microwave meals.. some are pretty good these days.. helps with portion control and saves time and money
That sodium tho...
grilled chicken sandwich
Joylent.

Ramen noodles
Stress
Chicken sandwich with small side salad
Usually eat a can of chicken noodle or beef soup & corn. #poorpeopleprobs
Opposing the small lunch everyone here seems to eat, I usually eat a rather large lunch. Either go out or go home and cook (I live close to work).
Eating later in the day is supposedly worse for you... So I eat a large lunch and something small/healthy for dinner.
+1. I eat a large lunch and usually skip dinner. When you eat is just important as what and how much.
All about a good chipotle bowl with lots of veggies and no cheese/sour cream.
Ahhh... All we have in my town is Qdoba, but that's almost as good IMO. Last place I lived only had Hot Head Burrito and that was garbage.
Spaghetti/penne bolognese
4/5 days a week a chicken sandwich and usually sushi/Chipotle/other last day
Significantly overpriced salads
I remember heister was talking about 200 dollar caesar salads once
sushi on my desk
$25 per diem catered in.
I'm starting to get fat.
Qdoba close to the office, so I get that a bunch ((full disclosure I've been short CMG since day 1)(All they serve are rice bombs with no flavor)). However, I try to bring my lunch 2-3 times a week. I do a lot of crock pot meals Sunday nights and then heat it up in the office kitchen. I also do a lot of taco salads.
mixed greens and amphetamine, gotta stay thin and energized

we here eat lunch at 12:00-1:30, we eat noodles, rice, hamburger, pizza.
I try to avoid eating out, to save on $ and time, I find it's a good time to catch up as there is less noise/people in the office. I usually go with leftovers (GF has decent hours, thus usually cooks for our dinner and lunches, YAY) or salad/sandwich (ham/swiss or turkey/cheddar)..When there's nothing in the fridge I settle with a canned soup/crackers and cheese...When going out it's usually sushi as we have a decent one near the office..I try to avoid McD/Subway etc..
I crockpot a lunch for the whole week on Sundays.
When I don't have it, my go to meal is Peruvian Chicken with Yucca
Roast beef sandwich. I make my own lunch to save $.
Club sandwich everyday.
I live across the street from work so I make it fresh, and there's a grocery store in my building which is pretty damn convenient as well.
A pound of turkey, a package of bacon, some cheese, a tomato or two, mayo and a loaf of bread will last me about a week and a half all for about $25.

What do you do when you have to skip lunch?
Drawer full of granola bars, munch all day, no breaks except for coming on here.
Lol. They don't serve success for lunchtime at your place?
Your username rocks dude
I have a bunch of protein bars and almonds in my desk. My admin is pretty awesome. If she sees me in the conference room all day, she always volunteers to grab something for me.
I always kept something in the fridge.
I physically starve myself until I bring in a commission. No bathroom either.
