From what I’ve seen in my own applications, colleagues, and general LinkedIn stalking, if you have the REPE offer then there is no reason for the Cambridge RE degree.

The people I’ve seen with that masters use it to pivot from one sector into RE. It would open doors for you for sure but if the door is already open then what’s the point.

If it were me, I would take the job. One year at an repe will put you ahead of your colleagues just graduating. It just gets you more jobs that you have already been offered.

However there is no downside to the degree other than it siloes you into RE upon graduation. But it also gives you a chance to get good grades and a good thesis if you ever fancied an mba in the future and had a poor academic background (or it’s useless if you don’t need that).

Hope this helps!
