1 hour LBO - PE Intern

I am having a one hour LBO Modeling next week. What can I expect?
For an intern role, 1 hour seems to be a very constraint amount for a full blown 3 statement LBO.

What can I expect?
Should I expect CIM etc. or should I expect more like BIWS / WSP-like prompts?

If they only give you an hour to complete it, it should be relatively straightforward. No “full-blow 3 statements LBO” can be completed within an hour, so it will most likely be a simplified version of an LBO test (no CIMs or anything like that, just a 1-2 page PDF with instructions). Expect them to give you all the drivers - sources & uses, revenue growth, EBITDA margin, capex, etc. BIWS or WSP will definitively help but aren’t required. A youtube video on LBOs will suffice. Hope it helps
