1 Year with high capex in LBO - impact returns
How would a year high capex investment impact returns? My thinking: lower, as less CF available for debt repayment but counter effect of higher revenue and ebitda,impacting value at exit.
Well capex or any investment should increase returns / generate npv or you wouldn't do it... Just think about that for a minute.
