2 Hour Model Test - Help Please!

Have a 2-hour model test where we get some documents to review as well. Any advice on what is usually included in this type of a model? This will be for growth equity with some use of debt (I think), firm also does buyouts. Any help is appreciated!

“Very good planning prior to the meeting and effective notes that allowed the session to go quickly and effectively.
