2027 growth equity PE Recruiting
Rising junior here. Is it too late to start recruiting for next summer growth PE internships? I want to be on the east coast but it seems like a lot of firms have already closed.

Focus on Cold Outreach: Send tailored emails to firms that interest you. Highlight your skills, interest in growth equity, and why you’re a good fit for their team.

Would say most growth PE firms finished a while back. Would recommend you look into ft recruiting but generally speaking there’s usually spots that are open if a kid doesn’t take return.
