2nd year, recruiting 2021 on-cycle
Hey all - wondering any advice to ensure I get looks for 2021 PE on-cycle opportunities as a 2nd year analyst (didn't recruit Y1). Anyone with previous experience doing so? Thanks a lot.

I've heard on-cycle will be delayed significantly this year due to firms wanting to meet candidates in person before extending offers.
