Undergrad? depends on what you want to do...
Don't know about their US rep, but they're pretty huge in Europe (basically the equivalent of a Carlyle etc. along with Apax/Candover/Permira and others). They've had their problems recently but they seem to be investing again. I'd take the offer hands down, it's basically getting into a megafund right out of university. And congrats!
