45 min Interview Case Study?? Tips greatly appreciated!
Have a PE interview (3rd round) interview coming up for a UMM fund. (Typical buyout shop).
Anyone ever done a 45 min interview case study? Supposedly they’ll give me a company I ask relevant questions and come up with a value. I’ve done this for a CIM/modeling test before but never “on-the-fly”.
Any questions I should think about? Anyone ever gone through this? Thank you all in advance for your time!
The only things you need is entry/exit value and cash generation to get to the EV, so just focus on that in the core.
