A company that owns REIT - which line from REIT goes into the parent co's revenue?

Hi everyone:

I'd appreciate your insights on a quick question please. If a parent company owns REIT units - which line of the REIT goes into the ParentCo's revenue line? Is it AFFO / FFO, or is it 50% x revenue (suppose the ParentCo owns 50% of the REIT entity)?

Thanks!
