I have LBO test coming up. I understand this will include modelling out add on acquisitions
Does anyone have a good LBO template to share? Something that incorporates all the important quirks (yearly acquisitions, cash / debt & equity funding) without going into too much details would be great!

Being honest, building your own would help you out big time in the long run. They are likely to ask you detailed questions to make sure you know how the model works, and making your own from scratch is the best way to do that
Exactly - would be good to see how this is being built in real life. Have a few templates which doesn’t really account for flexibility for debt / equity purchase.
