Advice For a 19 y/o Associate

I'm currently working at a transaction advisory firm where we mainly work on M&A deals, SPACs, and raising capital for clients. Smaller firm of about 20-30 people, but we get great deal flow and starting to ramp up at a great pace.

My question is I would like to have some sort of plan/vision how my career should progress. I already have a BS in Finance and a MSF from a M7. Any recommendations for what I can do? Short-term and longer-term. Looking for suggestions that will help further develop my career as well as my compensation.

Impressive credentials. Have you considered being involved on the board of non-profits? Could be a great way to network with those that have seen a few more years of rodeo and nice connections. Never hurts to start on these extracurriculars.

How'd you finish a masters by the age of 19? Very impressive, just curious to hear what you did.
