Title pretty much. But I'm about to start my SA internship in IB. Am wondering if anyone can give some advice as to how to navigate recruiting FT to PE to the analyst roles. I know there's not even that many analyst programs in the first place and FT is always pretty tough, but if anyone's done it would appreciate some pointers, info on timelines etc.
