Advice on GE compared to PE

Hey guys! Currently at a growth equity shop and just wanted to know what I should think of when evaluating different growth equity deals and PortCos post-deal compared to the standard leveraged buyout. Is it all relatively the same or are there some nuances with this strategy? Any and all help appreciated, thank you!
