Advice on moving to a bigger fund
Hello! I am a second year investment associate at a smaller industry focused fund (latest fund size of $100M) and am hoping to move to a larger fund ($1B+ latest fund size). Do you have advice on how to approach the lateral move? Would be great to know which channels to go to source opportunities, or how to best position myself and my pivot. Thanks so much!
